That's because it's what really matters. Pay rates are meaningless without considerations of the work rules. Historically, everyone looks at the pay rate and forgets about the total at the end of the year or pay-per-day. It's always about the work rules and that is where we have blown it in the past.

When we compare our TA to Delta, pick a variety (1 day, 3 day, 10 day, etc.) trips from each other's bid packs and cost them out with both sets of work rules and rates. That's how you have an idea of which contract is industry leading. I don't need the highest pay rate, I would like the highest W2 for days worked though.

Nah, after Aaron got called to the carpet for going full retard in statements on social media, ECIC product went to **** and folks haven’t been doing nearly as well at interviews.
Spitfire is providing a much better product and results.
