Ok, dude. I missed the cell on the table (my fault), and thought we were talking apples and apples about what qualified for the snap up, which you brought up after one of your pilots posted the Forbes article about APA and ALPA. I simply responded to that comment with why DL wasn't ****ed about a post-amendable 3%. If you want to have a discussion about that, I'm only here to comment on accurate stuff affecting my airline. But if you want to act like this^^, I'm out.
And yes, AA merely matched DL's rates to the penny, and added a post amendable 3% (which is a risk on AA's part which pay pay off, but it may not). Have a great day, dude.

When we compare our TA to Delta, pick a variety (1 day, 3 day, 10 day, etc.) trips from each other's bid packs and cost them out with both sets of work rules and rates. That's how you have an idea of which contract is industry leading. I don't need the highest pay rate, I would like the highest W2 for days worked though.

Reps are already telling people to “look at gains and gives as a whole as this was a negotiation, not a hold up.”
