Today the FedEx MEC Negotiating Committee successfully reached a tentative agreement (TA) with Federal Express Corporation.

In accordance with the FedEx MEC Policy Manual, the Negotiating Committee is preparing the final language and all accompanying documents for presentation to the MEC. We are now in a required “quiet period,” and ask for your patience while the Negotiating Committee completes its work and the MEC meets to deliberate the full TA. You will receive a video in the next few hours outlining the complete process.

If the MEC endorses the TA and calls for a ratification vote of the membership, the complete text of the tentative agreement, published letters, and other relevant information will be posted on the MEC website. A presentation of the tentative agreement for the membership will be prepared and road show presentations will commence.

Unfortunately these pay rates were negotiated pre delta, they will fall short of the delta plus rate that FedEx pilots deserve.

 

Then go to Delta where only 1,174 pilots get to enjoy that top pay rate.

 

no they weren’t. These pay rates were negotiated in the last month.

good luck, we will see, what you guys negotiate will effect us all. Your top guys need 35 an hour just to catch up with our rate currently, hopefully you will leapfrog us.
