this is the most ridiculous justification for us accepting substandard wages. The fleet mix is irrelevant. This job is more difficult and generates more revenue than that one does. We should be making a premium over what they make. After a recent week long run of night hub turns with a 2 hour turn accepting anything less is asinine.

As I have said before If we do not have industry leading pay WITHOUT EQUIVOCATION I am a hard no.I don't care what they do to retirement if the contract is concessionary. We will have to defend that "gain" in every future contract not gonna give anything away now knowing that.
