Extension 2022 was ratified by 90.7% of voting IPA pilots, which provides raises this September and next September and September 2025 which were industry-leading rates a year ago. There's less than zero need to relitigate the merits of that extension, again, especially in a thread about FDX's TA.
Pilots of EVERY airline are self-interested in what pilots at every other airline are able to achieve, that's pattern bargaining and pilots have FOMO worse than a bunch of teenagers. That being said, FDX pilots are the only people who are going to work under their contract and nobody else's opinion SHOULD matter. Non-FDX pilots should probably stop chirping and measuring schwartzes, especially before any details are released.
Glad FDX got a TA, you deserve it, hopefully it is good enough for your group to overwhelmingly ratify.
