Some of us have insight because we have stayed in constant communication with our reps. There will be work rule concessions. The pay rates will not be industry leading. Section 1 will not offer any increased job protections in a time that outsourcing is on the rise. If you only care about the A plan then I’m sure you’ll vote yes. all you have to do is say no, this is the best environment to negotiate in that we have seen for decades, FedEx has made 10’s of billions off of you, time to get some of it back, good luck
