Some of us have insight because we have stayed in constant communication with our reps. There will be work rule concessions. The pay rates will not be industry leading. Section 1 will not offer any increased job protections in a time that outsourcing is on the rise. If you only care about the A plan then I’m sure you’ll vote yes. If the company wants to Drive and shrink then they should have to pay dearly for those who remain. This job is hard on a body. We shouldn't accept less than we've been told we deserve.
