It’s been years since I was at Endeavor, but it was a ****hole back then. Expect to be treated like a child and there were a fair number of lifers that I had the pleasure of flying with. The pay was garbage, but I think it’s a lot better now. My friends at Netjets speak highly of the experience, and you really don’t need to be prior 121 to get to a legacy now. Delta is hiring people with less than 1000 turbine these days. You don’t have to clean the plane if you don’t want, but everybody does because they pay you like $60 and well….we are pilots lol. You’ll have a million sky miles and be based pretty much wherever you want.
