I have a few colleagues who went to endeavor and have barely flown and are on reserve in NYC being miserable.

I’d like really appreciate an honest take from within the company. What would you guys do if you were in my position? Would you take the netjets job over endeavor knowing what it’s like from within?
Also, Delta is the end goal.
