I’d like really appreciate an honest take from within the company. What would you guys do if you were in my position? Would you take the netjets job over endeavor knowing what it’s like from within?

Specific companies aside, in general I am also leaning heavily toward the fractionals over the regionals, given the state of the Regionals right now. If you do make that decision, you should then ask "which fractional?" Flexjets vs. Netjets is a fair question, even though the Netjets feedback you read these days is noticeably skewed in the negative direction due to their contract negotiations.
