Average time in the regional and/or LCC game has dipped into the 2 year range, with both Delta and United hiring right at 1000 turbine and sometimes less, however, who knows what it will look like even in 3 years? If you get a job offer from United or Delta, you take the one who offers the first class date, IMO.
