5 years is an eternity in the airline business
Chances are in 5 years DAL will still have a better contract compared to UAL.

Serious question- whens the last time UAL had a better contract than DAL? DAL got serious gains the last two contract cycles. When’s UAL done heavy lifting? Pre- 9/11?

You realize delta was on the verge of liquidation in 2008 right??

SWA had far better contract for many years.

Alaska this time around did as much as Delta and sooner.

Yes, United has done nothing important in the contract world since contract 2000.

5 at the regionals? Maybe 5 MONTHS. You clearly aren’t flying with the current crop of NH.

Talk about putting a cart before the Horse. Bro, you have a ways to go before worrying about airlines, contracts. Get your private first..:.. Next your Instrument, then CSEL, CMEL and figure out a plan to build time…. You are literally about 5 years away.

I am telling you, things will be way different when you are in the hiring window for the airlines vs what they are today….

Exactly. Just as the 2% home loan rate, the lighting speed path to a legacy will also slow down/go away.
