The 767/757 category flies all the different types of the 757 and 767 EXCEPT the 767-400, due to the different panel, ie. Flat screen vs round dials.

There was a time 20 years ago when Delta tried to lump in the 767-400 with the 777 but the FAA said no.
From what I understand the FAA was ok with some lumping but they were going to require that pilots maintain landing currency in all variants and the company felt that would be way too complicated to keep up with so they never implemented it.
