Lack of Candor? Have you ever met him? He's a nice and humble person. Endeavor pilots seem to like him when he was in charge there. The only complaints pilots have are the "optimizer" which had way more to do with the retirement of the 88 combined with the collapse of DCI, and him flying as a 767A
Whats a SIL? Great candor. He cares nothing about the line pilot. I couldn’t care less how great he is to talk to while kiss butting on the 4th floor. His actions destroyed the morale of this pilot groups for decades. Too bad his metrics can’t measure that. The morale alone will cost billions over that period but since bean counters can’t measure it, no big deal.
