Well, the pilot showing support for Gumm is also the pilot that was in support of firing/terminating any Delta pilot who didn't want to get a Covid shot. No leave of absence without pay.....flat out termination. That mindset was suspect at the time and has not aged well IMHO.
I was always in support of a LOA for those that didn't want to take the shot. I said I wouldn't be surprised if the company pursued termination
