Did you fix your college GPA up or down? How big was the change? If your app said 3.5 and you adjusted it to 3.7 or 3.3, it probably won't even come up. If it was marked 4.0 but was actually 2.5 that's going to come up in the interview but as others have said own up to the mistake and you can still easily land the job. I haven't heard of anyone actually having an interview invite rescinded, and certainly not for one single data entry error.
Had to adjust it down (3.6 down to roughly 3.2). Stupid mistake. Sucks. Should have used a prep service to review. Lesson learned and hope I’m still in the game.
