Have to agree with you there. Every leg in ATL, busy or not, it was a 10 minute wait for ramp personnel and then maybe as long for a jetway driver and oh, maybe we will just cancel a flight at any given moment.

Besides fixing those issues, he also created a product people were willing to pay for. Leo would degrade the product on par with WN and then wonder why we couldn’t command a higher fare.
