Besides fixing those issues, he also created a product people were willing to pay for. Leo would degrade the product on par with WN and then wonder why we couldn’t command a higher fare.
God forbid there was a NBA playoff game on. Once sat for 45 minutes because the game went into overtime! Rampers were not leaving the break room.
