Eh, it’s an email. It means literally nothing. It’s hot air, pixels on a screen. And it was all buzzwords and management nothingspeak.
I have read some really great emails that have come from some of the worst managers ever. Talk is cheap, and he’s a tone deaf clown. I have zero expectations that anything will meaningfully improve with respect to our crappy rotations, but if it does, I’ll be pleasantly surprised.
If things get better in the next 6-9 months, I’ll gladly praise RG, but sadly I think it will be more of the same.
