I agree with this, but that said, I would not be surprised to see the company snap the pay up anyway - they know it’s a pilot’s market and 600 new pilots/yr need reasons to come to AS instead of other places. Make no mistake though - it’ll be a business decision, not something from the goodness of a heart.
