The amount of times I catch myself wanting to say “dude how long have you worked here” is astounding. How anyone thinks this company will part with a single penny voluntarily is absolutely laughable. Management would run this operation into the ground due to attrition smiling and laughing with their boot on the neck of the pilot group every single time. Unless there is copper bottomed language you’ll never see your money. Even then it will be from a grievance 2-3 years later. That is SOP. For anything, not just the “average” snap up that clearly isn’t happening. “Watch the magic…” good lord.
