It's not whining, it's people who have to spend their entire careers with this pilot group begging the 82% to recognize that they made a mistake at the expense of all of us who know our worth. You are probably right that nothing in our control will change the outcome in the immediate future, but the rest of us are looking to the next round, whenever that may be, and nothing will be different that time either unless we all collectively acknowledge the mistakes that were made this time.
