I wouldn’t want to be one who works 20+ days on reserve just to pick up some additional flying that the company can’t staff properly. Days off are more important. I’d tell you to read through the Delta contract, but I’m sure you “know someone who told you something” instead. Do your homework.

Forgot to mention. With their much higher hourly rate, it only makes it easier for them to work much less than you. Which in return, adds to more real days off as well.
