VDP is different for that month but that’s the only thing I guarantee when I get it awarded.
This is very true. Unfortunately, management is recruiting based on insane amounts of FDP income that almost nobody can get and promises of something like 25 million in retirement savings by the end of your career here. That is just crazy and unlikely to happen even if we were to magically achieve a better contract than any of the majors.
