"Per Section 24.C.1 of the CBA, Mesaba plans to waive the Saab First Officer Freezes thus allowing Saab First Officers to bid for the 10 CRJ 900 First Officer positions on this Vacancy 08-08. A Saab First Officer who bids and is awarded a CRJ 900 First Officer position may not bid a change of status for 24 months. Mesaba will not be backfilling the Saab First Officer positions created by this Vacancy Notice."
