What really kinda compounds the confusion here is that the freakin implementation schedule for this new PWA spans 2+ years. I just got caught quoting the PWA the other day for 2 hours I thought I was due. That has t gone into effect yet.
Technique is to highlight the parts that aren't in effect. I like PDF version so I can add my own notes.
