You must not have been around NYC last week…yeah UAL was worse but DL wasn’t stellar either.
I was out in that in PHL and much of that blame lies squarely at the FAA/ATC. They shut down our departures for hours based on a spotty/broken like of scattered single-cell thunderstorms (eventually formed a solid line), but when they stopped our departures, it wasn't much of anything.
