I live in IND, Air Force Reserve gig is in Florida, currently based in MCO with SWA. I have over 35yrs left. If I go to Delta I’m planning on ATL since It’s in between both IND and Florida. Either way it seems like I may have to commute to something until I get a place in Florida, but still I need to be in IND for my family. So at this point just debating quality of life choices.

Anyone care to weigh in on this?
If this is who I think it is we've chatted about this a bit bro. You can't go wrong with the 18hr call out at DL especially if you're going to stay in IND. If seniority is you're worry remember that even though your overall seniority may not be the greatest your seniority in base may not be bad at DL. I'm experiencing that at Brown now. If MCO is somewhere you think you're going to stay then staying at SWA might not be a bad idea if WB flying isn't your goal. They'll get a contract eventually. If you're thinking about FDX definitely think hard about the type of flying you want to do. It's not a bad place but cargo is different especially when you get into night hub turns. The money will be great but the QOL might not be depending on the individual.
