Even if it isn't declinable, there are more restrictions in place. Overall a huge win to not be on the hook for several days.
Again: Not a win for me. I don’t allow them to keep me on the hook because I just go home.

as far as “staying in place” I asked the head of the scheduling committee. He told me under the new agreement you will not be able to decline.

I don’t make things up for internet points.
