It's interesting that some of the base reps say this is the best the negotiating team can do, but are going to vote no. So............ who's going to do better? The APA and their negotiator professional pilots dealing with the NMB and going up against real professionals hired by the company.... again I'm sure the negotiating team worked really hard to get this, but they were out matched the second they entered the room for negotiations. This TA falls pathetically short on QOL enhancements, but lets be realistic, this is the best the APA can get. You can blame management, but Isom has made it clear his number one priority above all else, even on time, is making money and paying off debt. There are worst things to aim for. Until this place gets a better union I don't see much improvement, but I'll be long gone by then.
