But that's not DTZ. That's green grid rules, or staffing.
DTZ is a separate rule, allowing people to DROP without a credit restriction. That doesn't magically make the grid green, but could potentially do the opposite. Obviously NK was staffed in your base/seat this month, which is great, but is not the result of allowing drops below guarantee.
