Will SWAPA put out info for that publicly for those that aren't members yet if/when released? Just curious as to what to expect and don't want to end up on a scab list. Also would like to still have job offer there after it's resolved, not sure if telling SWA no to class during a strike would put that in jeopardy.
To add to the responses, unions traditionally always negotiate the reinstatement of “hostages” to include making them financially whole. I know it’s a little daunting to wrap your mind around this whole 121 “thing” and especially so with a looming strike as a possibility, but you’re worrying too much.
I’d be more worried about the trajectory of SWA and its long-term viability. That said, most of us would strongly discourage you from coming here, but that’s obviously your choice.
