They had unrestricted use inside of 690hrs before the agreement and they didn’t publish Jack squat to show who got paid.
Now there is a max time (8hrs) they can invoke 23.M.7 and they publish a daily list of use and paid pilot….I guess I’m not seeing how it got worse.

Seriously though, how often did they use it even 8 hours in advance? I always thought it was primarily a short notice panic button by scheduling. If they weren’t doing long notice 23M7 anyway then we gave away significant leverage for……what? A liter of cola?
I’d love to see the actual stats (and they may be different than what I think) how often was 23M7 used outside of 8 hours before this latest back room deal?
