Delta 12 year FO rates are 68.3% of Captain rates. These are approximate, as the paytables haven't been published yet:

747-400 $130.54
747-200 $128.06
787 $125.06
A-330 $118.90
A-319/320 $101.10
DC-9 $ 94.29
