• Extended Envelope Training (EET)
I know in a prior thread there was some discussion about Spirit altering the training program to adjust for the experience level of the pilots coming in; I believe (it's been a while since I read it) that 5 sims were deemed too few and the company was increasing them. Is the EET that additional training/sim component or is that something else? Or is the sample above outdated and there are more than 5 sims?
I dont think thats accurate. Should be
4 FTDs
6 Full flight sims
Type Ride
Loft
That should be plenty. "Back in my day it was 4 sims," and we were all fine.
