Except when on Eligible on Demand operations EODO (Eligible on Demand-we are required by regulation to have 2 qualified crew on board at all times during revenue operations), supersedes A015. We cannot do single pilot revenue operations under 135. Besides, out of the 155 pilots we have, 6 have a recent .297G, I am one of them.

14CFR135(a)(1) : required by regulation. Not sure where your argument is coming from that these guys cannot log time. Let me know where you get confused, as this does get thorny. Our PIC s are SIC required too. We’re covered in about 5-6 different ways for pilots to log time.
