I often hear people telling me to jump ship to go work 18 days a month plus commuting for other random companies. Doesn't make much sense to me. Am I missing something? If you have evidence that Omni is circling the drain... by all means, please share it.
Well I like it here too but have concerns when all the top dogs start running from their Penthouse jobs, first VP for Operations and now chief pilot quit today, not a good sign. Any new contract will have to be closer to industry standard and creating pilot bases would cause me to want to look at options. Already have a check airman buddy att United who says with a 76 of 77 type they would be extremely interested in talking to our guys, but I like the home basing. We shall see.
