A resume is not just about flight hours. What are your other accomplishments? Have you had checkride failures? Airline managements are starting to learn what the military knew 85 years ago. You can train to proficiency but that does not mean you are going to send a good product to the line. Checkride failures particularly at the majors are going to get more scrutiny.
