So apparently SWAPA is listening to what many on here have been asking for. New polling is starting soon to reflect changing DEMANDS, a changing climate, and the fact that thousands of pilots have been added to our rosters. There's also a website that provides a good perspective of how far behind our peers we are. Take a look to see just how far we need to increase our rates to match the career earning potential we are losing due to our INDUSTRY lagging compensation.

Everybody should check out this site before filling out any polling questions about pay. Especially useful is the "SWA Hypothetical" feature selection from the Airlines list that allows you to simulate a new SWA contract and how much of a raise we need to match or beat the OAL's.
