OALs have far better life insurance, disability, profit sharing, pay, parental leave, etc. Hell, they even get more vacation than we do.
We need big improvements in ALL sections.
What are you willing to give up for that?
Oh wait , never mind You already pay for parking ,uniforms, do not get passes once sick time runs out when out on medical ect….
