This us where the industry is failing its pilots. Everyone wants to be equal with the others or slightly better rather than say "we make this much for the company so we want to be compensated as such"
We are the most productive pilots in the world. Why limit our pay to what delta makes?
I was thinking the same thing. Why they are allowing this non std JA BS is beyond me. 756 rates don’t cut it and won’t provide a career earning industry leading contract. Also add increase NEC and LTD/STD, medical reimbursement.
