I do not go on the union message board and berate those that extend, but I do agree that they should not. You could do the same as me if you wanted. You could help make this a better job. You could help to improve your own QOL in the other fleets, but you don't approve of anything that would actually help achieve that. I would happily upgrade in something I could hold if there was any sort of QOL in it, but unless we all get on board to force it, it will never happen. It will never be given to us. We will have to earn it. I am doing my part whether or not you do yours.
