I was responding to an innuendo that United could not hire all the pilots at Mesa, if Mesa were to collapse.

Per APC (I know it is not perfect), Mesa has about 841 pilots, total. United mainline has been hiring over 200 per month, this year. A few months of hiring would be equal to all the pilots at Mesa.

No aspersions on the Mesa pilots. No guarantee every pilot would be hired. Just looking at numbers, to give us a feel.
