Let's say they try this:
SC from 2000 to 0500
Assigned trip at 0500 that has a 12hr duty day and starts at 1900.
It was assigned during SC, but has adequate rest but is more than the max RAP+FDP but less than the 18hr LC call-out. This is an illegal assignment?
As far as I'm aware, any trip assigned under SC rules needs to start in your SC window. Otherwise, it must be 18 hours after the end of your SC period..
