Huh? I’m pretty sure all companies except FedEx are represented at OBAP, GPA, RTAG, ect. and as far as I know all are involved in the collegiate level of recruiting now.
He wasn’t wrong until this past week. The failures are with our operation, not staffing levels….but it’s getting closer to both.
To hit a previous topic I also came here for the QOL but will stay and fight for equality in pay. Unicorn #3 I think it is? Greater risk in staying but greater reward potential for my particular situation. Had I been in Denver or Chicago I would have bailed by now. But QOL has a much larger factor than I have seen given credit for so far in the threads. We see it with the amount of FOs that bypass upgrade at any airline.
