Are guys living in a cave? Spirit is gone, you’re entire MEC and National Officers have left years ago for other airlines, your current MEC and NC are in chaos, fuel prices are decimating your cash reserves, and here some of you are talking about getting released to self help and hoping for market pay rates.
it’s time you guys hope for the best and start planning for the worst. The worst being what Spirit just went through over the last two years. Their demise was a slow motion car wreck and that’s looking a lot like where F9 is headed.
Shoot the messenger here, but I’m making valid points.

With Allegiant’s new bridge agreement topping out 320/737CA pay at $355 in 18 months, I wonder if this now pushes F9 management towards a fair pilot labor deal.
As a B6 pilot, I’m hoping this will change our managements tune about pilot labor rates as well.

They used Spirit and Allegiant as our peers for pay rates so it certainly opens up the gates a bit
