Wow, this thread was started in 2023...still probably years away if Frontier survives. Based on Franke's history he will take this until he is forced to make a move and agree to a TA. Spirit actually had to go on strike back in the day.... Until then, more of the same.. wait wait and more waiting

if you think ANY of these airlines are getting a new contract in sub 2 years, you should take your “wall street” experience and go coach womens softball, cut meat at the deli, or sell used car parts.

Yet after all this time..Your professional representation is new enough to believe that an Indigo retread is going to hook you up in 30 days if you roll over and play nice.

Our MEC chair is routinely crediting 100+ a month. He sets the example. Since our leadership thinks its OK to credit huuuore, then it must be OK for the rest of us to do it.

At this point there isn't any need to even open these emails anymore, its just pathetic and aggravating. There is literally nothing we can do to move things forwards and the union doesn't seem overly motivated or interested.
Until there is something to actually vote on, live your life and stop stressing and if you can can't, maybe time to apply elsewhere.

I strongly disagree. What else can the union do the haven’t already done? We are bound by the RLA and the NMB process which has always, since its inception in 1934, design to favor company management with the $ole purpo$e to keep the critical infrastructure and economy humming.
