Next meeting in March 2026. What’s that two meetings in 6 months. At this rate we will be lucky to have a contract by 2030.
I guess that’s why 10 plus year Captains are punching out. Delta pilots are about to start building their retro.
We have officially been lapped. Nice work team!

Our team has the backing of ALPA and contacts to the other NC's, we should know what Delta will be seeking and we should be altering our ask from there.
ANY TA passed by our Reps that doesn't include snap up/MRA YEARLY, is an INSTANT NO VOTE and they should be voted out if they even think of passing us something without it.

Everyone needs to let their reps know they will be voting NO on any contract that isn't AT LEAST what other airlines are currently at NOW and increasing from there. None of this "well other airlines have contracts that were ratified with a top of $340/hr" (back in 2022) We are in 2026 and the top end of $400/hr for airbus captains. On top of that, we are seeing others open early soon, which means probably about 10% or so pay raise.

While I agree with everything you are saying… PIPE DREAM. We have a spineless group like the blind leading the blind and they are never ever going to get rates like that which is why a lot of people here currently have CJOs to get out at all different seniority levels. The harsh reality is we are being run by an investment group not a company that is trying to make our shareholders profits. They are happily doing everything to keep us so far behind it’s pathetic. Just look at how our mediation has gone and the cancellation of the picket. Same old story different day.
If you’re too old to leave I get it. If you’re not and you’re staying, well I wish you all the best. Genuinely hope that this group can get exactly where or damn near close to everyone else because being at the bottom hurts everyone else trying to find the ceiling.

It’s always tough to ask for a 10% raise and many other asks when the company is not profitable. To compare contracts to your boss with companies that are profitable. If you were the boss, how would you react? NK puffed their chest and took 2 contracts with big asks. Now they sit looking for a dance partner or a CJO elsewhere. Essentially priced themselves out of a job. Of course, there are always other factors in the failure of an airline but if F9 buys NK, it will be worse.

Ya there was like 9 things that sunk them well before a labor contract was even passed. Almost everything that could go wrong did.

5hr turn for 5 or 6hrs premium.... meanwhile when they were desperate, it was 20-24hrs for a 5hr turn and then the flight cancelled if no one took it.
Same 10 or 15 people flying around the system to help out the company for min credit premium trips when they could be making that same money with no effort and a 75hr awarded schedule.
