lol. Don't try bringing common sense into this; the whole thing will unravel.

Save your money so that you can stop making money so that maybe you can make more money and maybe (!) that’ll offset strike losses. But no, you are not allowed to work more in order to save that money.

I was at NK for 12 years, my UAL SIM partner was at F9 way longer. We would not have left if they had decent contracts. "people" like you are why places like F9 & NK are stepping stones when things move fast, and prisons in the much longer years of little hiring. I really hope you get stuck at the bottom of the F9 seniority list with no new contract or hiring for another 44 years, but that would mean thousands would suffer from your attitude.

Any contract with NO snap up is a NO vote.

I believe that the other airlines that have it, it's a once per year snap up to a predetermined peer group.

It certainly only became part of recent contracts where the pay rates were nearly identical to start with. If we push for it, Frontier will propose that our peer group includes Silver Airways and Gate Lakes. When ALPA tells Frontier that Great Lakes is out of business and absolutely in no way a peer group they will need a few months to get back to us on that.

Take an average of your "peers" aka, anyone who flies a 321neo and you snap up once a year to their rates.

I forgot everyone on here thinks majors/LCCs are not peers to legacy pilots. For some reason we fly easier to fly and lesser 321neos I guess.

don’t forget we use a cheaper product called lido. With less assistance in the air and on the ground. We should get paid what legacy pilots make + 20$/hr for all the stuff we compensate for.
