God forbid our mgt actually get off their a$$es and manage the airline to profitibility through smarter network planning, better customer service emphasis and superior operational exection.

It's not hard to run an airline this small...

Apparently it is.... Of course, it is when you change direction 5 times in 5 years. We went from "getting spirit" to "low cost is king" to "we went too low" to "now we need better products"

If they just focus on our product, performance, and hopefully (god forbid) our customer service, we will do well. It seems they know stuff we don't since they are predicting double digit margins this year, which is great news. Especially since our last quarter/year was good.

They need to pick a route and stick to it, which hopefully they do from now on. Our performance has been much better and our product is getting better as well.

That's it.

When United got their new contract the CEO was asked on CNBC how they will afford the new pilot contract and he said "the cost will simply be passed on to the customer".

Its just the ATIS/TAF, myradar and lido over here. Everyone else has enroute turbulence, weather, updated stuff, better charts, etc.
Literally heard from someone in the training dept "You dont need real time weather data, use the onboard radar."
Absurd

to be fair the onboard radar works amazing. Realtime weather isn’t a priority for me or something worth wasting breath over. We do fine without it

Sirius WXR or WSI is cool. But there’s no comparison what so ever. The RDR4000 is damn capable radar.
