Ha ha ha! Seriously did anyone think we were getting a pay raise anytime soon?
New hire pool is full, trips are being covered, premium is gone in less than a second. At this rate It will be a decade to get a contract.
You either need to be happy making 60% less or you need to leave. Those are the two options.
Sorry 3rd option. Sell your soul, get a bot, commute around the system and fly nothing but premium.
