No pay raise is coming anytime in the foreseeable future

Ha ha ha! Seriously did anyone think we were getting a pay raise anytime soon?

New hire pool is full, trips are being covered, premium is gone in less than a second. At this rate It will be a decade to get a contract.

You either need to be happy making 60% less or you need to leave. Those are the two options.

Sorry 3rd option. Sell your soul, get a bot, commute around the system and fly nothing but premium.

Ummmm, no. The new NC, the one with superpowers, that won't claim FPL will have a contract in two weeks.

With no NC I say fair game on premium now. Except bots. Still screw those people.

number 2 on that list still flys around on red eyes and has 4am 5am shows with maybe 2 hours of sleep. Captains need to start ASAP and pilot reporting this nonsense.

This sounds dangerous.

If you think someone is an immediate safety threat call the FAA safety hotline.
